Priscilla Muiru joined Funguo Investments PLC in 2026 as the Investment Manager, bringing extensive expertise in investment analysis, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, business
development and trade finance. She is responsible for driving portfolio strategy, identifying high-growth investment opportunities, overseeing both commercial and financial due diligence
to ensure sustainable value creation for shareholders. Her professional expertise spans several high-growth industries, with a particular focus on Financial Services, Renewable Energy,
Agritech, and Manufacturing, among others.
Prior to joining Funguo, Priscilla held advisory roles within the financial services and impact investment sectors in East Africa. Her experience spans across trade finance management and
investment strategy at firms such as NorthGas Limited, FSD Africa Investments and NIC Capital Investment Bank (now NCBA). She has a proven track record in financial modeling, valuation,
and coordinating complex cross-border investment deals.
Priscilla holds an MSc. in Banking and Finance from Coventry University (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Microfinance from Strathmore University. She is also a CPA-K
candidate. She has also taken various courses in financial modelling and valuation.
Beyond her professional role, Priscilla is an advocate for mentorship and professional development. When she is not analyzing investment portfolios, she enjoys staying active
through swimming and hiking, or exploring new cultures through travel.
