Board of Directors
T
he Board has nine (9) Directors that include the Chief Executive Officer and who is also the Managing Director and eight (8) non-executive directors. The non-executive directors are subject to retirement via the annual 1/3 rotation rule which also provides for re-appointment. The Board also has Company Secretary. However the Company Secretarial Services function is currently outsourced from the Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC) Legal Department.
